Rockchip released its 2025 annual report on April 14, 2026. Full-year revenue reached 4.402 billion RMB, up 40.36%, while net profit attributable to shareholders surged 74.82% to 1.040 billion RMB – the first time crossing the 1 billion RMB mark. The company plans a dividend of 15 RMB per 10 shares, totaling 631 million RMB (60.7% of net profit).

Gross margin improved to 41.95% from 37.59% in 2024. Quarterly revenue climbed steadily, with Q4 hitting a record 1.261 billion RMB.

Smart application processors contributed 89% of total revenue, growing 41.65% to 3.927 billion RMB, driven by flagship RK3588, next-gen RK3576, and RV11 series vision processors. In automotive electronics, Rockchip’s RK-M series automotive-grade SoCs have been mass-produced in over 100 vehicle models from BYD, GAC, SAIC, Changan, and NIO. In robotics, its chips lead in humanoid, industrial, agricultural, and service robots.

The company launched the world’s first 3D-stacked edge computing coprocessor RK182X in Q3 2025, integrating high-performance memory directly onto a self-developed NPU. Within months, it was adopted into hundreds of projects across more than a dozen industries.

R&D investment totaled 684 million RMB (15.5% of revenue), with 799 R&D staff (77.6% of total employees). Rockchip holds 761 granted patents.

Q1 2026 revenue is expected to reach ~1.205 billion RMB, up 36% YoY, with net profit of 320-340 million RMB, up 52.8%-62.3% YoY – another quarterly record.

Looking ahead, Rockchip will pursue a "SoC + Coprocessor" dual-track strategy, developing next-gen coprocessors like RK1860 and flagship AIoT SoCs RK3668 and RK3688 (advanced process node, targeting tier-one global performance).
